THE REFORMER
Part C: 2 hrs
Getting the most out of your clients
Get the most out of your clients on the reformer using the intermediate / advanced repertoire and variations.
This 2 hour workshop will review the most commonly taught intermediate exercises on the Classical Reformer. Many times we work with clients and wonder how we can get them to work deeper in each exercise as opposed to just going through the motions. This workshop will cover some of the ways clients get sloppy and “cheat”, often recruiting or initiating with the wrong muscles.
Participant will learn to identify when students are cheating and then determining how to modify or cue the exercise differently, to get the most out of your students.
SECRET OF THE SYSTEM – Putting it All Together
Part D: 2hrs
Secret Of The System – it works!
The system of the Classical Pilates Method based on Joe’s sound principles, which can be applied toward any client that comes into the studio regardless of their physical condition.
This 2 hour workshop will discuss the details of that system, utilizing the Cadillac. Tower, Reformer and Barrels and examine case studies on how to apply the Pilates System to a range of clients.
